This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.).

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities / Deliverables

1. Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.
2. Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
3. Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engineering, material productivity, labour productivity.
4. Complete customer orders within 7 days. Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects.
5. TPM Initiatives on shop floor. Safety Improvements. 5S Sustenance on shop.
6. Improve labour productivity in shop.
