Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd., is seeking a Deputy Manager – Maintenance based at Ahmednagar Factory.

The role focuses on maintenance planning, scheduling, PM, CBM, TBM, MTTR/MTBF improvement, RCA leadership, and spare parts optimization, with hands‑on work on Siemens PLCs, VFDs and servo systems. You will lead compliance with safety and quality standards, manage rotating shifts, and drive TPM documentation, while shaping equipment

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics is required.
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on with Siemens PLC, VFDs and servo systems.
• Strong root cause analysis and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance planning and execution with scheduling.
• Implement PM, CBM, and TBM programs for equipment.
• Monitor MTTR/MTBF and drive improvements.
• Lead RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels.
• Maintain TPM docs and records with accuracy.
• Ensure safety and quality maintenance standards.
• Work in rotating shifts as required.

Designation: Deputy Manager – Maintenance

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical/ Electronics)

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

• Maintenance Planning & Execution.
• Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.
• Ensure efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM).
• Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
