Cityfurnish is looking for a Deputy Manager Operations / City Manager to oversee the order fulfillment cycle for its B2B and B2C clients. The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end operations and ensuring timely deliveries.

You will manage large-scale warehouse operations, coordinate with vendors, generate performance reports, and drive efficiency. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring strong MS Office skills and leadership of blue-collar teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in an operations or logistics role.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work with blue-collar staff.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale warehouse and take accountability for delivering the daily performance targets.
• Play a key operation controller role by supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily planning and execution.
• Manage vendors, logistics, and billings for 2 cities.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT refurbishment report, dead stock report, etc.).
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Monitor a monthly budget in terms of expenses and refurbishment requirements.
• Resolve any arising problems, complaints, or customer escalations.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Work proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
