Job summary

SKH in Gujarat, India, invites a seasoned SCM professional to drive policy formulation, SAP implementation, and cost-effective supply chain management. The role focuses on adherence to SOPs, budget planning, procurement, and ensuring uninterrupted RM flow.

You will lead Kaizens, training, 5S, and compliance with IATF/ISO/EMS/OHSAS standards, manage manpower within budget, and oversee vendor selection and cost negotiations to meet KRAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Adherence of all the companys policies, procedures & SOPs.
• Formulation of SCM policies, procedures and SOPs as per business requirement.
• To prepare and control the yearly and monthly budget.
• To ensure manpower management w.r.t. approved budget.
• To ensure timely procurement of all consumables as per business requirements.
• To ensure zero-line stoppage due to R.M. issues and shortage.
• sible for purchase order, vendor code open, vendor selection approval.
• To negotiate and settle the cost of supplier.
• Inventory management and timely reconciliation of third party stock.
• To ensure the SCM related compliance.
• Adherence cost saving project as per budget.
• Ensure to achieve the assigned KRAs and KPIs.
• To provide training & update skill matrix.
• To ensure 5S & safety in the plant.
• To ensure Kaizens & suggestions for plant improvement.
• To maintain the documentation of business standard of IATF, ISO, EMS, OHSAS.
• To ensure implementation and effectiveness of SAP.
