Job summary

SKH in Gujarat's Viramgam is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee electrical, mechanical, tooling and utility functions, manage shifts, and prevent machine downtime. The role covers breakdown handling, preventive and predictive maintenance, and adherence to SAP and ISO/OHSAS standards.

The candidate will drive 5S, safety improvements and Kaizens while ensuring KRAs and KPIs are met, with documentation aligned to IATF/EMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adherence of all the companys policies, procedures & SOPs.
• Adherence of Electrical / mechanical / tooling / spares / hydraulic / Utility functions.
• To manage manpower in shifts
• Handled breakdown of machinery and other equipment’s in shifts.
• To ensure preventive, predictive, b/d & shutdown maintenance.
• Ensure zero breakdown in shifts.
• Knowledge of machine, process, facilities as per drawing and control standard procedure.
• To ensure the maintenance of Utility machines likes: Compressors, DG, HT/LT panels, ETP, STP, Cooling Towers.
• PLC Programming
• Adherence cost saving project as per budget.
• Ensure to achieve the assigned KRAs and KPIs.
• To provide training & update skill matrix.
• To ensure 5S & safety in the plant.
• To ensure Kaizens & suggestions for plant improvement.
• To maintain the documentation of business standard of IATF, ISO, EMS, OHSAS.
• To ensure implementation and effectiveness of SAP.
