Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Nagpur district seeks an experienced maintenance professional to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and related shop floors.

You will monitor MTTR, MTBF, implement TPM/RCM, ISO/OHSAS practices, and manage budgets while maintaining safety and quality. SAP PM/MM, ARIBA and MS Office proficiency required; strong communication and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/maintenance.
• Experience with CNC machines Mitsubishi & Fanuc controllers.
• Proficiency in SAP PM & MM; familiarity with ARIBA.
• Hands-on MS Office skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; problem solving & critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Handle daily breakdown maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and improve MTTR, MTBF and breakdown incidents.

Automobile/Tractor/OEM/Tier-1

• Preventive Maintenance - Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Breakdown Maintenance - Handle all breakdown on daily basis
• Moniter and improve maintenance parameter like MTTR, MTBF and breakdown incident
• Implementation of TPM, RCM, ISO, OHSAS & TS practices.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and optimize costs without compromising safety or quality.

General Experience

6 - 10 Years of Relevant Experience

Critical Experience

• Knowledge of CNC machines having Mitsubishi & Fanuc controller.
• Machine Types - Makino HMC (A81, A71, A61 ect) , Mazak HMC (6800 ect), cleaning machines, SPMs with PLC control Programming
• Technical knowledge of special purpose machines.
• Should have a technical knowledge of conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic based testing machine.
• Working and programming knowledge of Mitsubishi & PLC.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance plans for all Machine Shop Equipment.
• Monitoring the Organization Policy Implementation in Department. Maintain Audit Documents for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.
• Proficiency in SAP modules such as PM & MM is must
• Hands - On Experience in MS Office
• Hands-on experience in SAP/ARIBA
• Good Written & Verbal Communication
