The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, line management, manpower planning, and cost optimization.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with hands-on skills in machine upkeep, audits, and documentation.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in plant maintenance in manufacturing.
• Hands-on machine maintenance, production line management and manpower handling.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis and equipment reliability.
• Experience in maintenance documentation, audits and safety compliance.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting and team management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall plant and production line maintenance activities.
• Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
• Handle line management and ensure smooth functioning of production lines.
• Plan and manage maintenance manpower, shift deployment and team productivity.
• Monitor machine performance, equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists and technical documentation.
• Plan and coordinate internal, external and customer audits related to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
