Kopell Grounding Systems is seeking a technically competent maintenance professional to ensure reliability, safety and efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment. You will plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in mass-production.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown management.
• Familiarity with motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical panels and industrial machinery.

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically competent, proactive and hands-on maintenance professional to ensure the reliability, safety and efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime and improving overall plant productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes for plant machinery, equipment and utilities.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime by minimizing breakdowns, identifying recurring issues and implementing permanent corrective solutions.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, coordinate repairs and ensure timely restoration of equipment.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, equipment history, breakdown reports, spare-parts inventory and maintenance records.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of recurring failures and implement measures to improve equipment reliability and service life.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Manage maintenance manpower, contractors, tools and spare parts to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with equipment safety procedures, statutory requirements and plant maintenance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, energy efficiency and maintenance costs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a mass-production manufacturing environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown management.
• Familiarity with motors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical panels and industrial machinery, as relevant to the plant.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis, maintenance planning, spare-parts management and equipment reliability.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team management skills.
• Proactive, safety-conscious and capable of working under pressure to resolve critical equipment issues.
