Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to source business
• Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
• Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
• Effectively engage with credit, operations risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience
• Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
