Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking a regional L&D professional based in Bengaluru to drive learning and development initiatives. The role collaborates with the Head of L&D to implement strategy and tailor programs for the region.

Key responsibilities include identifying training needs, developing curricula, delivering targeted programs, and creating engaging content and materials with input from stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head- L&D to implement L&D strategy at regional level.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs in consultation with line managers (mandatory training, technical, domain, behavioural training).
• Develop curriculum and plan annual initiatives & training programs to be conducted in the region.
• Implement targeted training and development programs to bridge skill gaps in staff and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce.
• Create content, e-learning, and other training materials based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
• Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
