Role Description

The Delivery Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Learning Consultants and ensuring delivery excellence through effective people management, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and operational oversight. The role requires accountability for team performance, coaching and mentoring associates, driving engagement and retention, and aligning team objectives with business goals.

We are seeking candidates with a min. of 7-10 years of overall experience, including strong people management experience and exposure to the learning domain. Expertise in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Time will be an added advantage.
