Job description

• Ensure creation, implementation and adherence of HR Policies and Processes
• Employee Life Cycle Management (Employee Documentation from Joining to Exit)
• Attendance and Leave Management
• Employee Grievances (Ensure employee's queries are resolved within the set SLAs)
• Dashboard / Report : Preparation of data / information /presentation
• Audit: Provide requisite data for Audits
• Recruitment & Selection: Hiring across levels (Worker/Staff/ Management )
• Hands‑on experience with online job portals like Naukri, Indeed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
