Uno Minda Limited in Chakan, Pune, seeks an experienced HR professional to drive Plant HR initiatives, industrial relations, payroll governance and workforce management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role partners with business and plant leadership to deliver strategic and operational HR programs, manage union interactions and ensure statutory compliance across labour laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus and Gratuity.

Competenze

• MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years HR experience in automotive/manufacturing industry.
• Strong exposure to Industrial Relations, Union Management and LTS.
• Sound understanding of labour laws and payroll practices.
• Hands-on experience with payroll administration & statutory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional for our manufacturing facility at Chakan, Pune. The incumbent will play a key role in driving Plant HR initiatives, Industrial Relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance and workforce management while partnering closely with business and plant leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Full-time MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 10-15 years of HR experience in Automotive, Auto Component, Engineering or Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong exposure to Industrial Relations, Union Management and Long-Term Settlements (LTS).
• Sound understanding of labour laws and manufacturing HR practices.
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration and statutory compliance management.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
