Qualifications

• Manufacturing/plant environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate independently and coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete Plant HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
• Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain healthy relations with unions and employees.
• Handle union negotiations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage HR compliance and statutory audits.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee records, and required documentation.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and coordination for payroll inputs.
