Job summary

Schneider Electric in Madurai is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager – Filed Services to lead service activities for LK products, focusing on warranty handling, post-warranty support, and customer experience in the Madurai branch.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in LV/MV switchgear and automation products, vendor management experience, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms; a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LV/MV Switchgears and IA products.
• Vendor management and service sales experience (Spares/AMC/OMC).
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle branch warranty/post-warranty complaints of LK products.
• Achieve revenue targets of spares/recurring business and ASC ACB spare business.
• Improve customer touchpoints via unsolicited service campaigns and training programs.
• Enhance customer experience metrics (call closure time, net satisfaction).
• Instill safety culture within team and partners to ensure zero accidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functions to improve product quality based on field input.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

1. Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products
2. Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business
3. Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs
4. Improving the Effectiveness & Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc)
5. inculcating safety culture within Team & partners to ensure zero accidents
6. Co-ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input

Functional Competencies:

1. Knowledge on LV/MV Switchgear & IA products
2. Vendor Management/ Experience in service sales(Spares/AMC/OMC etc..)
3. Working knowledge of MS office
4. Working knowledge of CRM platforms like SAP, SFDC preferred
