Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an EV service operations professional to lead the establishment and management of a nationwide EV service network. You will drive field support, ensure SLA-driven surveys and installations, and coordinate closely with dealerships and OEMs to resolve issues and improve service quality.

The role requires deep expertise in EV charging management, dealer systems, and field training, with willingness to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Experience in EV charging management and service network operationalization.
• Strong knowledge of charger installation, surveys, and commissioning.
• Experience with warranty policy administration and cost reduction.
• Proficiency in coordinating with dealerships and OEMs.
• Extensive domestic travel willingness.

Job description

• Ensure completion of surveys, installations, and customer complaints within defined SLAs
• Establish and operationalize the EV service network across assigned regions
• Strengthen dealership service systems, processes, and inventory management for chargers and spares
• Drive utilization of the Dealer Management System and service applications
• Resolve product concerns and field issues through remote support and on-site intervention
• Analyze field failures and coordinate with charger OEM and central teams for resolution
• Manage technical literature, distribute Technical Service Bulletins, and develop customized field training
• Coordinate with sales and service teams, dealerships, and AO/RO/ZO levels
• Provide B2B/B2C consultation and immediate solutions to customers, dealers, and internal service teams
• Interact with RWAs and DISCOMs regarding power approvals and installation safety
• Administer and monitor warranty policies and data, identifying trends to reduce warranty costs
• Oversee DMS service calls, SLAs, site surveys, installation, and commissioning
• Benchmark charger installation, service, and O&M best practices

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in EV charging management
• Bachelor degree or diploma in electrical or electronics
• Willingness to undertake extensive domestic travel
