Job summary

Jobtailor in Delhi seeks a technical support engineer for Electric Vehicle charger installations. You will be the front face to customers, providing consultative solutions and handling a range of technical queries related to chargers and required installations.

You will coordinate with sales and service teams across dealer networks, support field teams on site, and assist customers in obtaining approvals from DISCOMs and societies, ensuring safe and compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Candidate should demonstrate ability to learn quickly and implement in no time.
• Adaptability to customer specific conditions/culture.
• Candidate should be of Electrical Engineering and strong background of Electric Vehicle / AC & DC EV Charger (3.3 to 200 kW).
• Sound knowledge of Charger Installation, troubleshooting, Electricity Regulatory information in urban and sub urban area on DISCOM.
• Problem solving abilities & excellent communication skills are must.
• Financial & commercial knowledge, will be an added advantage.
• Result oriented & excellent personnel skills.
• Candidate should be a self-starter & ready to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with Sales & Service team at AD & Powerol Dealership, Sales & Service team at AO / RO / ZO level of AD & Powerol’s DMS.
• Monitoring, Service calls in DMS and coordinate with field team on activation of services like Site Survey, Installation and Commissioning.
• Strengthen service systems and processes at Powerol Dealers.
• Guide / Support / Educate Sales team at AD dealerships & Customers on understanding Charger Installation process and ground work required at site.
• Technical support to Powerol field team on the Ground working required at site.
• Support / guide customers on getting DISCOM / Society approvals.
