Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Deputy Manager – Commercial (Regional) to oversee regional commercial operations, including order management, billing, invoicing, and coordination with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in commercial operations, strong O2C understanding, ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), GST knowledge, and expert Excel/MIS reporting to drive efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end regional commercial operations, including order management, billing, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and revenue realization.
• Review customer contracts, purchase orders, pricing, and commercial terms for compliance.
• Monitor receivables, payment follow-ups, credit limits, and outstanding collections with Finance.
• Ensure accurate documentation for dispatches, taxation, statutory compliance, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regional MIS reports, sales analysis, revenue reports, and commercial dashboards.
• Resolve commercial disputes related to pricing, invoices, deliveries, and customer accounts.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate commercial records and ensuring internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
• Build relationships with regional customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
