Godfrey Phillips India Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial professional to manage procurement of factory consumables, ERP transactions, material receipt processes, vendor coordination, documentation, and commercial controls.

The role includes executing ERP-based commercial transactions, coordinating with factory/warehouse teams, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across records. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing commercial operations and strong MS Excel skills.

Formación

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant commercial operations experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in procurement of consumables, ERP transactions, receipt processes, vendor coordination, and commercial documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; exposure to petty cash management and reconciliation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute accurate and timely commercial transactions in ERP.
• Manage material receipt documentation and coordinate with factory, warehouse, and godown teams.
• Manage end-to-end procurement of factory consumables, including requirement consolidation, sourcing support, PO coordination, delivery follow-up, and inventory availability.
• Liaise with vendors for invoices, supporting documents, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain complete commercial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Track pending transactions and coordinate timely closure with relevant stakeholders.
