Job summary

Mvn Infrastructure is seeking an experienced leasing professional to drive occupancy and revenue for commercial spaces in a dynamic market. You will identify brands, corporates, and tenants through brokers and direct outreach and manage end-to-end lease negotiations.

You should have strong experience in B2B sales and a solid network within the corporate real estate space, with a proven ability to close deals and deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with 3-7 years in leasing / B2B / enterprise sales
• Strong network with brands, corporates, or channel partners
• Proven deal-closing and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of commercial real estate market
• Target-driven with strong communication and client-handling skills

Responsibilities
