Globus Buildcon is seeking a skilled leasing professional for Mayfair Commercial, a large-scale mixed-use development at Ayodhya Bypass, Bhopal. The role focuses on driving commercial and retail leasing, approaching national and regional brands, and forming strong retailer partnerships.

You will lead end-to-end leasing deals, negotiate terms, and manage a healthy tenant pipeline while coordinating with sales, marketing, legal and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and target achievement.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive commercial and retail leasing activities for Mayfair Commercial, a large-scale mixed-use development at Ayodhya Bypass, Bhopal.
• Identify, approach and acquire potential tenants, including national and regional retail brands, F&B operators, anchor tenants, corporate offices and other commercial occupiers.
• Develop strategic brand tie-ups and establish long-term relationships with retailers, franchise operators, leasing consultants and corporate decision-makers.
• Lead end-to-end leasing transactions, including prospecting, site visits, commercial negotiations, lease documentation and deal closures.
• Negotiate rental terms, lease tenure, security deposits and other commercial conditions to maximize project occupancy and rental potential.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and rental analysis to identify leasing opportunities and recommend an optimal tenant mix.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, legal and project teams to facilitate smooth leasing transactions and tenant onboarding.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly leasing targets while maintaining accurate records of prospects, negotiations and closures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, retail leasing, mall leasing or high-street retail leasing.
• Proven experience in tenant acquisition, brand tie-ups, commercial negotiations and successful leasing closures.
• Strong existing network with national/regional retail brands, F&B operators, anchor tenants, franchise owners and corporate occupiers preferred.
• Good understanding of commercial leasing structures, rental agreements, market trends and tenant requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional capable of independently managing leasing opportunities.
