Job summary

Adani in Kerala seeks a proactive Sales Support professional to assist the sales team with strategy execution, prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts, and provide administrative support.

You will maintain client communications, track sales activities, generate reports, and conduct market research to identify opportunities, coordinating with Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and HR for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support, preferably in advertising or media.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, provide support, and follow up on outstanding proposals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Track and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
• Assist in generating sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs, to assess the effectiveness of current sales strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports that highlight trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
• Analyse competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
