Job summary

Vibgyor Curating Talent is seeking an experienced HR leader to head HR Operations at our manufacturing plant in Mysuru, Karnataka. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, induction, manpower deployment and HR administration while ensuring statutory compliance and employee welfare.

The role requires 9–11 years in manufacturing HR, MSW, hands-on Labour Law knowledge, and strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required.
• Hands-on knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & statutory compliance.
• 9–11 years of manufacturing HR experience.
• Strong exposure to Plant HR, Employee Relations & IR.
• Experience in workforce management, welfare and administration.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations & Workforce Management at the manufacturing plant.

• Partner with line managers and drive HR process improvements / Kaizen

Preferred candidate profile
