Job summary

Her Pursuit Chennai is seeking a senior HR/IR professional to lead green field manufacturing/automotive initiatives. You will drive long-term industrial relations strategy, ensure compliance with labour codes, and liaise with government authorities. This role requires deep HR expertise and strategic oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a mandatory MBA/MSW in HR/IR with 18–25 years in manufacturing and at least 8 years in automotive, plus strong language skills in Hindi/Marathi/English.

Qualifications

• MBA or MSW in HR/IR is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing with automotive exposure.
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, training and labour law.

• Labor law certification (preferred)
