Job summary

BVR People Consulting is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional for handling end-to-end HR operations at a manufacturing site in Bidar, Karnataka. The role emphasizes attendance management, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years in Plant/Factory HR, MSW/MHRM, and strong knowledge of ER/IR and labour laws, with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Plant HR/Factory HR experience.
• MSW or MHRM qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, ER/IR, and Labour Laws.
• Experience in attendance management, shift rosters, onboarding, lifecycle management, and exit formalities.

• Conduct counselling sessions and improve employee morale.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 3-7 years of Plant HR/Factory HR experience
• Qualification: MSW, MHRM
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), and Labour Laws.
• Hands-on experience in attendance management, shift roster planning, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.
• Good understanding of statutory compliances, factory regulations, labour law documentation, and audit preparedness.
• Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling, and employee engagement activities.
• Proficient in preparing HR MIS reports, maintaining statutory records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Language proficiency: Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Willing to work from Bidar, Karnataka.
