Job summary

Policybazaar.com in Hyderabad is seeking a dynamic leader to head a hardcore B2C telesales team, driving motor insurance sales, revenue, conversions, and business growth.

You will own daily, weekly, and monthly targets, monitor KPIs, conduct regular coaching and feedback, and develop strategies to improve sales conversion and revenue.

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hardcore B2C sales / telesales / inside sales experience.
• Hardcore sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance preferred.
• Proven team handling experience at TL / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Experience managing high-volume sales teams in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle sales pressure and deliver business results.
