• The Deputy Manager plays a core operational role in executing regional marketing initiatives, generating prospective student leads, and achieving enrollment targets for IBS.
• Operating under the direct supervision of the Assistant Manager and Branch Manager, this role acts as the primary link between IBS Marketing and target educational institutions, coaching centers, and prospective candidates.

Detailed Roles & Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Student Counseling

• o Conduct direct counseling sessions (in-person, telephone, and virtual) with prospective students and parents to articulate IBS academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways.
• o Systematically track, manage, and nurture marketing leads through the funnel to maximize enrolment conversion rates.
• o Follow up on promotional inquiries promptly to maintain engagement and build brand preference.

Institutional Outreach & Campaign Execution

• o Identify, establish, and maintain working relationships with local undergraduate colleges, career guidance cells, and coaching institutions.
• o Schedule, coordinate, and execute marketing events, educational seminars, webinars, and campus presentation drives within designated territories.
• o Distribute official promotional materials and represent IBS at educational fairs, exhibitions, and regional outreach programs.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Input

• o Gather regional competitive intelligence regarding rival management programs, fee structures, and promotional strategies.
• o Provide ground-level feedback to the Branch Manager to assist in refining localized marketing tactics and campaigns.
• o Monitor local market trends to identify new candidate pools and high-potential feeding institutions.

Operational Compliance & Reporting

• o Maintain daily logs of candidate inquiries, counseling sessions, outreach activities, and conversion metrics.
• o Prepare and submit regular weekly and monthly performance reports to the Assistant Manager and Branch Manager.
• o Ensure strict compliance with institutional guidelines and professional standards in all student interactions.
