Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR/IR leadership experience in auto components or a related sector.
• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR or related field preferred.
• Strong expertise in contract labour management, factory HR, IR, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development.

Responsibilities

• Handle time office management functions like attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate industrial relations activities including collective bargaining agreements and union negotiations.
• Oversee PMS (Performance Management System) implementation to improve performance and productivity.
• Oversee factory HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, training, and development.
• Manage contract labour management ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
