TOPSEL TOYOTA in West Bengal, Kolkata invites an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning across departments.

The role requires strict adherence to labour laws and statutory compliances, payroll processing, attendance and leave management.

Candidate should have hands-on experience in PMS and be well-versed with Labor Codes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the automobile sector.
• Thorough practical knowledge of statutory compliances and well-versed with the Labor Codes.
