Job summary

Infinity Hr Solutuins Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR professional to independently manage end-to-end plant HR operations at our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on blue-collar and overall HR administration, with strong emphasis on compliance and payroll coordination.

The candidate will report to the Director with a dotted-line to the Mother India HR team, coordinating recruitment, attendance, payroll, and employee relations across shifts and contracts.

Qualifications

• MSW / MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or auto components.
• Strong experience in end-to-end plant HR and blue-collar workforce management.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for effective communication with the workforce.
• Knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, MS Excel, and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Handle recruitment, manpower planning, and blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
• Manage attendance, shifts, leave, absenteeism, overtime, contract labour, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, industrial relations, and shop-floor workforce issues.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, increments, benefits, and full and final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and contract labour regulations.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, exit formalities, HR documentation, HRMS, and employee records.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, KPI reviews, employee induction, and training programs.
• Manage HR administration, canteen, transportation, uniforms, ID cards, vendors, and 5S implementation.
• Prepare HR MIS reports covering manpower, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, and overtime.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience handling HR operations independently at a manufacturing plant.

Salary:

8–10 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
