Job summary

Talentaccel Llp is seeking an experienced Assistant / Deputy Manager HR to independently manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on blue-collar workforce management, employee relations, and statutory compliance, with office-based duties at Jigani, Bangalore.

The candidate will handle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, oversee attendance and payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with PF/ESI/PT, bonuses, gratuity, and contract labour

Qualifications

• MSW / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or auto-components.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll coordination, HRMS, and MS Excel.
• Ability to independently manage HR functions in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding, and exits.
• Handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment and manpower planning.
• Oversee time office activities, attendance, shifts, absenteeism, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and shop-floor engagement.
• Coordinate payroll, compensation, increments, and full & final settlements.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, bonus, gratuity, and contract labour regulations.
• Drive performance management, employee training, HR MIS, and reporting.
• Oversee HR administration, vendor coordination, and shop-floor 5S implementation.
