Companion Placements is seeking a senior leader to oversee end-to-end hospital operations across OPD, IPD, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Nursing and Admin in a large facility. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, cost control and patient safety, while ensuring NABH compliance and strong stakeholder liaison.

The ideal candidate will have 12-20 years in hospital operations, with 3-5 years in a Dy. CEO/COO/Medical Superintendent role in a 150+ bed hospital, and proven experience in P&L and

• 12-20 years of hospital operations experience.
• 3-5 years as Dy. CEO/COO/Medical Superintendent in 150+ bed hospital.
• Proven experience in P&L and managing large teams.
• Strong knowledge of NABH and hospital KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end hospital operations across OPD, IPD, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Nursing, Admin.

• Must have handled P&L & large team. Strong knowledge of NABH & hospital KPIs.
