Job summary

Rama Medicare invites applications for a Facility Director at our Noida head office. The role oversees end-to-end operations, P&L, compliance and quality across Rama Group hospitals. You will drive occupancy growth, insurer/TPA tie-ups and marketing strategies while leading hospital leadership teams.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years of experience, MBBS/BDS/BAMS with MBA/MHA, and a proven track record in NABH-accredited facilities. Strong governance and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• MBBS/BDS/BAMS with MBA/MHA in hospital administration.
• 15–20 years of experience with 5+ years as Facility Director/COO in NABH hospitals.
• Strong in P&L, NABH processes, government liaisoning, leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations, revenue and cost optimisation for all hospitals.
• Ensure SOPs, policies and protocols across the group for consistent care.
• Maintain NABH/NABL compliance, audits and accreditations.
• Liaise with government bodies for all hospital units.
• Lead Facility Teams, Medical/Nursing/Quality heads and admin HR roles.
• Drive growth via doctor engagement, insurance tie-ups and occupancy.

Job Overview

We are looking for 1 dynamic Facility Director at corporate level who will be responsible for end-to-end operations, P&L, compliance and quality of all Rama Group hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & P&L Management: Complete ownership of operations, revenue, EBITDA and cost optimisation for all hospitals (group level).
• Standardisation: Ensure uniform SOPs, policies and protocols across all hospitals to maintain consistent patient care and efficiency.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure 100% compliance with NABH, NABL, BMW Rules, Fire Safety and the Clinical Establishment Act. Lead audits and accreditations.
• Liaisoning: Strong liaisoning with government bodies (DM, CMO, Pollution Control Board, NMC, Universities) for all hospital units.
• Leadership: Directly manage Facility Teams, Medical Superintendents, Nursing Superintendents, Quality Heads, and HR, Finance & Admin Heads of each hospital.
• Growth & Strategy: Drive Doctor Engagement, TPA / Insurance tie-ups, Marketing Strategy, Patient Satisfaction and Occupancy Growth across the group.
• Marketing & Business Development: The incumbent will be the overall Group Head for Marketing. He will lead TPA, Insurance & Corporate tie-ups, Referral Doctor Network, Camp Activities, Digital Marketing, Branding & PR.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification : MBBS / BDS / BAMS + MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration).
• Experience: 15 to 20 years, with a minimum of 5 years as Facility Director / Hospital Director / COO managing 250+ bedded NABH accredited hospitals.
• Skills required: Strong in P&L Management, NABH Process, Govt. Liaisoning, Team Leadership and Doctor Management.
