• CEO is the top executive responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial Aspects, and day-to-day Patient care and operational excellence of a healthcare facility.
• Work with the Senior consultant, Departmental Head to set a long-term organisational Goals.
• Drive innovation, growth, and adoption of new healthcare technologies realated to Super speciality Hospital.
• Managing the Financial Performance. Annual budgets, Inventory control etc.
• Leading the healthcare teams with the manpower planning, deployment and resource allocation.
• Ensure financial stability while balancing the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Set standards for operational excellence and patient safety.
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work culture.

Preferred candidate profile

Medical Graduate in any stream from recognized Medical College.

with Master of Healthcare / Business Administration.
