Job summary

HaritasH Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Denter/Denting Technician with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automobile body repair to restore damaged panels and ensure OEM quality.

The role involves dent removal, panel restoration, alignment, and safe handling of body components on site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in denting techniques, tool handling, and adherence to OEM body repair procedures while maintaining productivity and high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical or Body Repair (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Denter / Denting Technician in an automobile bodyshop.
• Strong hands-on experience in vehicle body repair and denting.
• Knowledge of modern dent removal and panel repair techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicle panels and identify the extent of damage.
• Perform dent removal and panel restoration using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Repair and restore doors, fenders, bonnet, bumpers, quarter panels and other body components.
• Carry out panel alignment and ensure correct body gaps and fitment.
• Perform minor and major dent repairs as per repair requirements.
• Remove and refit body panels, trims and related components safely.
• Use appropriate denting tools, pulling equipment and body repair machines.
• Coordinate with the Bodyshop Job Controller and Final Inspector regarding job progress and quality.
• Ensure repairs are carried out as per OEM body repair procedures.
• Report additional damage or repair requirements to the concerned supervisor.
• Minimize unnecessary replacement of repairable panels and control material usage.
• Ensure repaired surfaces are properly prepared for the painting process.
• Maintain proper care of tools and workshop equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements and workshop housekeeping standards.
• Complete assigned jobs within the defined TAT.
• Support the team in minimizing rework and repeat repairs.

Job Purpose
