Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai is seeking a Learning Operations Associate to support learning delivery and talent development initiatives. You will contribute to the execution of learning programs, coordinate delivery, and review outcomes to ensure effectiveness.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a general graduation. You may work in shifts as part of a rotating schedule. This is a hands-on contributor role within a learning operations team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of talent development processes.

• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
