Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Delivery & Operations professional to oversee College Connect program delivery across partner institutions in Delhi/Faridabad. You will manage student data, onboarding, batch creation, LMS data handling, and ensure efficient execution with high standards.

You will monitor learner engagement, attendance, and assessment performance, providing timely insights to multiple stakeholders and coordinating with Trainers, SMEs, SPOCs, HODs, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in program delivery operations or EdTech program management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with LMS, Excel and data-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student data validation, onboarding, batch creation, and LMS data management.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and assessment performance; provide insights.
• Act as primary ops contact; coordinate with Trainers, SMEs, College SPOCs, HODs, GTMs, Finance, and Tech teams.
• Plan and manage session scheduling, calendar coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Manage assessment operations and QBMS activities (question bank, scheduling, reporting).
• Ensure delivery readiness by coordinating with academic, operations, and tech teams.
• Monitor execution and resolve live delivery issues to ensure learner experience.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards on performance and engagement.
• Drive continuous improvements by identifying gaps and implementing efficiency.
• Support leadership in maintaining high delivery standards across colleges.

The Delivery & Operations role is responsible for overseeing the operational execution of College Connect programs, ensuring seamless coordination of course delivery across partner institutions. The role involves managing student data, supervising delivery operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that programs are executed efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee student data validation, onboarding processes, batch creation, and LMS data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor student engagement metrics such as attendance, learning progress, and assessment performance, and provide timely insights to stakeholders.
• Act as the primary operational contact for delivery-related queries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including Trainers, SMEs, College SPOCs, HODs, GTMs, Finance, and Technical teams.
• Plan and manage session scheduling, calendar coordination, delivery tracking, and feedback collection for ongoing programs.
• Manage assessment operations and QBMS activities, including question bank management, assessment scheduling, and report generation.
• Ensure delivery readiness by coordinating with academic, operations, and technology teams prior to program commencement.
• Monitor program execution and resolve operational challenges during live delivery to ensure smooth learner experience.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards on program performance, learner engagement, and delivery effectiveness.
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying operational gaps and recommending efficiency enhancements.
• Support leadership in maintaining high delivery standards across multiple colleges and programs.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in program delivery operations, academic coordination, or EdTech program management
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), MS Excel, and data tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale academic program operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
