Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support and solutions.
• Analyse hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to source, screen and select candidates.
• Manage candidate pipeline and improve time-to-fill metrics.
• Work with the TA team to optimize processes and tools.
• Possibly work in rotational shifts as needed.
