Job summary

Accenture Bengaluru invites an experienced Delivery Lead Associate Director to shape Workday Talent Management programs. You will lead HR operations, define strategy, and drive large-scale transformation for clients across industries.

Role requires 18–28 years of experience, a graduate degree, and a track record of delivering complex HR and Workday solutions. You will manage multi-location teams, partner with senior clients, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or higher.
• 18–28 years of experience in Delivery/Leadership roles.
• Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Acquisition, Learning Administration, Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Employee Relations Support, and HR Shared Services.

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Talent & HR Operations strategy aligned with business and client priorities.

Service Delivery & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Acquisition, Learning Administration, Workforce Administration, Payroll Interface, Employee Relations Support, and HR Shared Services.
• Ensure delivery excellence against SLA, KPI, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage complex global delivery models across multiple locations and teams.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the executive sponsor for strategic client relationships.
• Lead governance forums, business reviews, and executive-level discussions.
• Manage escalations and ensure successful resolution of critical business issues.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture
• It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters
• Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility
• Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
