Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering ERP/CRM or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM platforms.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Copilot, Automation, or Data Analytics solutions.
