Job summary

Skalable Tech in Chennai is seeking a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to lead customer-facing services projects. You will coordinate ERP, integration, cloud and AI workstreams, turning commitments into validated deliverables while balancing engineering discussions, business processes and commercial constraints.

You will build delivery plans, coordinate requirements, design, development, testing and deployment across teams, manage capacity and blockers, and keep stakeholders

Qualifications

• Must have proven delivery ownership in a services environment.
• Strong technical understanding of software delivery and practical delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating engineering and business stakeholders with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery plans with scope, owners, milestones, acceptance criteria and dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing and deployment across teams.
• Manage capacity, sequencing, blockers and handoffs across multiple customer assignments.
• Keep Jira or the agreed delivery system current, with decisions, actions and evidence of completion.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly, acknowledge requests promptly and follow through.
• Track effort and scope changes and raise decisions before they affect customer expectations.
• Make sure testing, customer validation, cutover and support handover are completed.
• Coach team members, including supervised opportunities for freshers.

We are looking for a delivery manager with a technical background and experience in a customer-facing services organization. You will coordinate multiple ERP, integration, cloud and AI workstreams and help teams turn commitments into completed, validated deliverables. You are comfortable moving between engineering discussions, business processes and commercial constraints, involving the right specialists while keeping ownership and communication clear. You use AI to assist planning, documentation, issue analysis and communication, verifying the output. You surface issues early, make ownership clear and keep conversations moving toward decisions.
