Job summary

Digital Is Simple is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven solutions. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, and drive end-to-end project execution across modern digital initiatives.

You will own governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery KPIs, collaborating with Engineering, AI, Product, and Design, while supporting pre-sales efforts to ensure quality and client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven projects.
• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI projects.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum project management.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing distributed technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.
