Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a senior technical leader to drive end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations aligned with business objectives. You will shape solution design and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions in a hybrid India-based setup.

The role requires strong technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on delivery management across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely releases and production readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar integration technologies.
• Proven experience leading development teams, reviewing solutions, defining delivery plans, and ensuring high-quality, scalable CRM implementations aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Own end-to-end technical execution across multiple workstreams within the program.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.
• Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Drive estimation, technical planning, and sprint/release planning activities.
• Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring work progresses according to ETA commitments.
• Monitor progress against project plans and identify schedule risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, Integration, and Release teams for delivery readiness.
• Own release planning and deployment coordination for successful execution against drop dates.
• Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Ensure production readiness through deployment planning, validation, rollback planning, and post-deployment support.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, release processes, and delivery execution.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, blockers, and mitigations to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance processes, and compliance requirements.
