NovelVista Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to manage trainer sourcing and end-to-end delivery within an EdTech environment.

You will coordinate materials, logistics, and trainer travel, ensuring a smooth delivery process for diverse programs. Responsibilities include onboarding SMEs, negotiating contracts, liaising with clients and participants, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Competenze

• 5+ years in trainer sourcing and delivery management in EdTech.
• Bachelor's in Education, HR, Business Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong PM, stakeholder and vendor management experience.

Mansioni

• Deliver end-to-end training programs including materials, logistics, and trainer travel/stay bookings.
• Identify, onboard SMEs and trainers; build trainer pool and negotiate contracts.
• Liaise between trainers, clients, and participants; manage vendor relationships.
• Lead delivery from scoping to execution; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Track trainer performance, learner feedback, course outcomes, and reporting.

Experience: 5+ years in trainer sourcing and delivery management in an EdTech environment

Education: Bachelor's in Education, HR, Business Management or related field (Master's preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery & Operations: Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs, including materials, logistics, and trainer travel/stay bookings.
• Trainer Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard SMEs and trainers across domains; build a strong trainer pool and negotiate fees, contracts, and engagement terms.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison between trainers, internal teams, clients, and participants; manage vendor and supplier relationships.
• Project Management: Lead delivery from scoping to execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
• Data & Reporting: Track trainer performance, learner feedback, participant results, and course outcomes to drive improvements.
• Customer Support: Ensure smooth client and participant onboarding and post-delivery support.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement and delivery policies; manage trainer contracts, payment schedules, and compliance.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenses and identify cost savings without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Strong project management, detail orientation, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure; proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office, task management tools, and LMS; excellent communication and email writing skills.
