Job summary

VenturEdu seeks a results-driven program manager to orchestrate cross-functional teams—from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization.

You will translate strategic educational goals into actionable roadmaps, drive end-to-end planning, manage risks, and implement Agile or hybrid PM frameworks in a fast-paced EdTech environment, while engaging stakeholders with clear dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Education.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in project/program management, product management, or operations within EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning.
• Familiarity with LMS, LXP, authoring tools, and PM software (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, systems thinking, and stakeholder communication.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Cross-Functional Orchestration & Delivery

• Lead and synchronize distributed, cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Content, and Marketing) from concept through execution, and post-launch optimization
• Drive end-to-end project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent educational initiatives
• Facilitate regular cross-team syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives to remove roadblocks and maintain clear accountability

Product & Curriculum Alignment

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to ensure pedagogical rigor aligns with technical feasibility and business objectives
• Translate high-level business vision and educational goals into actionable roadmaps, sprints, and measurable milestones
• Integrate modern EdTech trends: Such As AI-enabled learning tools, microlearning, and robust LMS/LXP integrationsinto product and program workflows hiring process
  

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, functional heads, and external vendor partners.
• Establish governance frameworks, operational standards, and quality assurance processes to maintain compliance and brand consistency.
• Track performance metrics (e.g., learner engagement, course completion rates, ROI, Net Promoter Score) and present executive-level dashboards to leadership

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Or Education
• Experience: 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in project/program management, product management, or operations, preferably within an EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning environment
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), authoring tools, and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
• Methodologies: Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks
• Core Competencies: Exceptional conflict resolution, systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
