Job summary

Neeha It Services is seeking an experienced Software Project Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery for global clients from Visakhapatnam. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure timely, within-scope project outcomes.

The role requires managing stakeholders, planning and reporting, and maintaining SDLC quality standards while leading delivery governance discussions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software project delivery or delivery management.
• Experience with end-to-end software development and implementation.
• Proven ability to work with US/UK/global clients.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end software project delivery on time and within scope.

Role & responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end software project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for global clients, managing stakeholder expectations and building strong customer relationships.
• Lead project planning, estimation, resource allocation, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate closely with Development, QA, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage UAT activities, release planning, deployment coordination, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and organizational best practices.
• Facilitate client meetings, status calls, requirement discussions, and delivery reviews independently.
• Handle escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of project and client concerns.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve delivery excellence and business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in Software Project Delivery, Project Management, or Delivery Management roles.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end software development and implementation projects.
• Strong experience working directly with US, UK, or other global clients.
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, change management, and escalation handling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to independently conduct client discussions, project reviews, and delivery governance meetings.
