Job summary

Valuelabs is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager/Project Manager to oversee large-scale software delivery across global teams in Hyderabad. The role requires deep expertise in Agile, SAFe and full-stack technologies, with a proven ability to drive complex programs end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-cultural stakeholder relationships, lead project governance, and ensure delivery quality while adhering to ISO standards and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of software delivery experience with at least 4 years in Technical Delivery Manager or Project Manager roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects across global teams (minimum 50 engineers).
• Deep hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex projects across global teams (minimum 50 engineers).
• Apply Agile, Scrum, SAFe or Kanban practices to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Collaborate with clients in US, Europe or Middle East to align expectations and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 standards.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Swagger, SoapUI, Postman.
• Experience working with clients in US, Europe, or Middle East with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Familiarity with compliance standards: ISO 27001, ISO 27701
