• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, project reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client management, delivery governance, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution across modern digital transformation projects.

• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements
