Job summary

PHP Experts India is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years in delivering large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven technology solutions. The role focuses on client management, governance, team leadership, and end-to-end project execution across modern digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, AI, product and design teams, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of delivery management experience in large-scale digital projects.
• Strong client management, governance, and end-to-end delivery expertise.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams and SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.
• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, reporting and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and delivery KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern digital platforms is preferred.
