Job summary

Mobi India is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of delivering large-scale Digital Transformation, Ecommerce, Mobile, and AI-driven solutions. You will lead end-to-end programs, govern delivery, and mentor teams across global client engagements.

The role requires strong client management, Agile/Scrum expertise, SDLC governance, and collaboration with Engineering, AI, Product, and Design.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery of large-scale Digital Transformation and AI-driven projects.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage distributed cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern digital platforms.

• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, execution, and risk management.

• Ensure delivery quality, process adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Handle stakeholder communication, reporting, and escalation management.
• Support pre-sales activities and effort estimations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across projects.

• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements
